Stop losing jobs you should have won.
Lone Peak is software that answers when you can't: it texts back the missed call in seconds, quotes the job from your own prices, and follows up until there's an answer. Signed, booked, deposit paid.
Call 0485 090 007, let it ring out. It texts you back before you've put the phone down.
- Australian owned and built
- Set up for you, by hand
- One product, everything included
Lone Peak is the sales system between the enquiry and the won job: capture it, quote it, close it, then hand it over.
Good jobs are lost in the gaps, not on the tools.
The work doesn't always go to the better roofer, plumber or electrician. It goes to whoever answered first, quoted soonest and made it easiest to say yes.
The call that rang out
You're up a ladder. The phone rings out, they don't leave a message, and they're already dialling the next business on Google.
Gone before you knew it existed. The quote that took three days
The details sat in a notebook until someone had a night free to price it. By then another quote was already in their hands.
Second in is a hard place to sell from. The quote nobody chased
You sent it. They went quiet. You got busy. Nobody followed it up, so nobody ever said yes or no. That job was still winnable the whole time.
Quotes rarely die on a no. They die on silence.Lone Peak wins the work. Your tools run the work.
Lone Peak turns more of the enquiries you already pay for into paid jobs. It catches the calls and messages you'd normally miss, gets accurate quotes out fast using your prices and your rules, and follows up until the customer makes a decision. Every quote is approved by you before it goes out, and you can read every word the AI sends. When the job's won, Lone Peak hands it straight back to the tools you already run.
The 7:41pm call, caught
Rings out, texted back in seconds. Any hour, any day.
The job, sized up
What broke, how big, how urgent. Anything serious goes straight to you.
Quoted from your pricing
Your catalogue, your margins. Lands on your phone to tweak and approve.
Every open, watched
Follow-up keeps working the quote until they answer, then stops.
Signed, booked, paid
Accepted, signed and deposit down in one go, on their phone.
Then it hands everything off
Won jobs export into Tradify, ServiceM8 or SimPRO. The work runs the way it always has.
The invoice is raised in Xero the moment the job's accepted. Clean books, nothing typed in twice.
Every won job is traced back to the click that started it. Meta's targeting learns from your wins, and you see which ads actually pay.
A review request goes out when the job's marked done, so good work turns into stars.
Answer first. Quote first. Make the yes easy.
The three gaps the money was leaking through, closed one at a time.
A missed call shouldn't become someone else's job.
A burst pipe at 2am rings the whole Google list until somebody sounds like it's handled. Lone Peak texts back in seconds, takes the details, and locks in the morning visit. The ring-around stops at your number.
- Missed calls turn into a live text conversation, day or night.
- Website chat, SMS and Facebook messages all land in one place.
- Urgent work is flagged straight to your team, not left in a queue.
Get your quote in front of them first.
No templates, no late nights checking supplier prices. Lone Peak already knows your jobs: the details from the conversation drop into the right job type, the price builds itself from your catalogue, labour and margin rules, and the finished quote lands with you to approve.
- Built from your own catalogue and margin rules. Never a guess, never a generic rate.
- Update a supplier price once and every quote after it keeps your margins. Never out of pocket on cost of goods.
- Nothing reaches a customer until you've approved it, one tap from your phone.
Built from Apex Roofing's own pricing.
Turn "I'll think about it" into a paid deposit.
Good, better, best on every quote instead of one take-it-or-leave-it number. Follow-up that doesn't forget or get awkward. And a yes that turns into a committed job on the spot, not "I'll transfer it Friday."
- Every quote goes out as three options, so the question stops being yes or no and becomes which one.
- Customers who want the better job can pick it themselves, without you having to sell up on the phone.
- Follow-up timed to what the customer actually does, not a blind schedule.
- Accept, sign, book and pay the deposit on the spot, by card or bank transfer.
Follow-up that knows what it's talking about.
Plenty of tools can text back a missed call. Then the follow-up gives them away: a timer fires, "just checking in" lands, and it reads like spam because it is. Lone Peak's follow-up reads the quote it's chasing, what's in it and when it was opened, so the message earns a reply.
One fires a timer. One knows the job.
Know the moment they're deciding.
Your customer opens their quote at 7:52pm. Your phone buzzes at 7:52pm. You ring while your number is literally on the screen in front of them, not three days later after they've already called someone else.

Call while it's open and the numbers are in front of him.
Your prices. Your rules. Your customers.
Lone Peak covers the gaps around your team. It doesn't take the wheel off them.
Uses your real pricing
Every quote is built from the catalogue, labour rates and margins set up for your business. Change a cost price and your margin rules hold. Nothing invented.
You decide what needs a look
Approve everything before it goes, or let the straightforward jobs run to the rules you've signed off on.
Step in any time
Jump into a conversation, reply yourself, and hand it back when you're done. It's your phone number, not ours.
Anything unusual comes to you
Complex, urgent or odd jobs get handed to a person rather than guessed at or pushed through.
What would one or two more jobs a month be worth?
Lone Peak doesn't need to transform your business to pay for itself. No invented missed-call rate. No assumed conversion uplift. Just the value of a modest improvement, using your own numbers.
Based only on the numbers you've set.

The things you're probably wondering.
The demo goes deeper. These are the practical answers first.
What exactly is Lone Peak?
A sales system for trade businesses. It sits between the moment someone enquires and the moment the job is won: it captures the enquiry, quotes it from your own pricing, follows up until there's a decision, takes the signature and deposit, then hands the won job to the tools you already run.
I'm not good with computers.
You don't need to be. We import your products, set the pricing and connect everything with you. If you can send a text and tap a button, you can run Lone Peak.
Will the AI say something stupid to my customers?
It works only from the information and rules you've approved, and a safety layer checks every reply before it sends: it strips out any price you haven't approved, blocks promises about warranties or legal terms, and hands anything unusual to a person. Every conversation is there for you to read, word for word.
Do I have to let it send quotes automatically?
No. Every quote waits for your one-tap approval, and that's how it stays unless you decide otherwise. Down the track you can let specific straightforward jobs run automatically inside rules and caps you've set. Your call, changeable any time.
What if I want to answer my own calls?
Then answer them. Lone Peak only steps in when a call actually goes unanswered, busy or missed. That's the whole point of it.
What do the AI and text messages cost?
Those accounts stay in your business's name and you pay the providers directly at their normal rates. We don't add a margin, and we help you set spend caps and alerts during onboarding so there are no surprises.
What happens when supplier prices go up?
You update the cost once in your catalogue, or import the supplier's new price list, and every quote from then on uses the new cost with your margin rules intact. You're never out of pocket on cost of goods.
Is there a lock-in contract?
The first year is paid upfront and covered by the 60-day guarantee. From year two it's a single annual renewal at your locked rate. If Lone Peak isn't earning its place, you don't renew. That's the whole contract.
Does this replace my accounting or job management software?
No, and it doesn't try to. Lone Peak wins the work: the call, the quote, the follow-up, the signature, the deposit. Then the invoice lands in Xero, the booking's in your calendar, and the won job exports into Tradify, ServiceM8 or SimPRO. Lone Peak wins the work; your tools run the work.
Is my customer data safe?
Encrypted, kept separate from every other business, and only ever processed by the services needed to run Lone Peak. Never sold. Export or delete it whenever you like. It's your business, not ours.
